Yes, Cazhmere’s products are always cruelty-free.
All of Cazhmere’s products are formulated without gluten, however, they are not manufactured in gluten-free facilities.
All of Cazhmere’s products have an unopened shelf life of 24 months and an opened shelf life of 12 months.
Orders
You can check your order status on your Account page. The order status will be updated as soon as your order is placed and again when your order ships.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hello@cazhmere.com with tracking information.

Unfortunately, we can’t make any changes to your order once it is submitted, but if you would us to cancel your order, then please email us at hello@cazhmere.com describing your request, and we will see if a cancellation if possible.

Shipping
Cazhmere currently ships to all 50 states in the U.S. Cazhmere does not ship internationally at this time. And Cazhmere does not provide expedited shipping at this time.

Cazhmere offers free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.95.
Yes, sales tax is applied to all U.S. orders at checkout.
