Shipping
Cazhmere currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.
In light of COVID-19, there may be some delays in processing and shipping your order. Unexpected delays can also occur due to weather, staffing and general delays with the shipping carrier. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from hello@cazhmere.com with the tracking information.
Returns
We accept exchanges within 45 days and returns within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of kits, sets, and apparel which are final sale. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on the customer’s product use or bulk purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For gift returns:
If you received a Cazhmere product as a gift but would like to return it, then you can return your product for store credit. To request a gift return, please have the original order number and gifter’s email address ready, and email us at hello@cazhmere.com describing your request.
